Data and collection
This version provides no enquiry form, account registration or file upload. Email links open your own email application; no enquiry is sent until you send it. When you contact us, we process your email address, name and the business/contact information you include. Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical connection data such as IP address, request time, browser and requested page. Please do not send passwords, sensitive personal data or third-party customer/employee records.
Purposes and legal grounds
We handle enquiries to understand your needs, respond and conduct pre-contract communications. Under Turkish Law No. 6698, processing directly necessary for entering into or performing a contract relies on Article 5(2)(c); information security and enquiry administration that do not prejudice fundamental rights rely on legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f). Processing required for legal obligations relies on Article 5(2)(ç). An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Authorized company staff, hosting/security provider Cloudflare and email provider Google Workspace may access enquiry or technical data where necessary. Cloudflare Pages operates globally; these services may involve processing outside Türkiye. International transfers require assessment under Article 9 of Law No. 6698 for the company’s particular contracts and data flows. This notice is not itself a transfer safeguard or a declaration of consent.
Retention criteria
Correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to assess and resolve an enquiry. Records that become part of a contract or dispute are retained as needed for relevant legal obligations and protection of rights. Technical data is subject to the providers’ service/security logging policies. Data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized once its purpose and legal retention need end.
Your rights and requests
Article 11 of Law No. 6698 provides rights to learn whether your data is processed, obtain information and correction, request deletion/destruction and notification to recipients where the conditions apply, object to adverse outcomes based solely on automated analysis, and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Submit requests to the controller’s address above in accordance with Article 13 and applicable request procedures. You can ask [email protected] about the procedure. Valid requests are answered within thirty days.
